HWPLP Client Service Agreement
By purchasing services through HWPLP (Health. Wealth. Prosperity. Love. Peace.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Client Service Agreement.
Commitment to the Process
HWPLP services are designed to provide strategic guidance, education, coaching, advisory, and holistic support. Meaningful transformation requires active participation, preparation, and implementation by the client.
While HWPLP is committed to delivering exceptional service and personalized support, no specific business, financial, personal, or other outcomes are guaranteed.
Professional Conduct
HWPLP is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants. Clients agree to engage respectfully throughout the course of services. HWPLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct compromises the safety, integrity, or effectiveness of the engagement.
Scheduling & Preparation
Clients are responsible for completing all required intake forms, questionnaires, and requested materials by the established deadlines prior to scheduled sessions.
Failure to submit required information may result in the postponement or cancellation of services if adequate preparation cannot be completed. This policy ensures that every client receives the quality of service and personalized attention that defines the HWPLP experience.
Payment, Strategic Retainer & Reservation of Services
At HWPLP, every client engagement is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a personalized and high-quality experience. The following policies help protect the time, preparation, and commitment invested by both the client and HWPLP.
Reservation of Services
Appointments, advisory engagements, service packages, memberships, workshops, and retreats are confirmed only after the required payment or Strategic Retainer has been received. Until payment has been processed, dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Individual Sessions
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve individual consultation sessions.
Service Packages
A non-refundable Strategic Retainer, equal to 50% of the total investment, is required to reserve all service packages and initiate preparation.
The Strategic Retainer secures your place within the HWPLP schedule and authorizes the commencement of research, planning, strategic development, resource preparation, and personalized session design.
The remaining balance is due prior to the final scheduled session unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in writing.
Strategic Advisory Projects, Workshops & Retreats
Strategic Advisory engagements, organizational consulting, workshops, and retreat facilitation require a non-refundable Strategic Retainer equal to 50% of the total engagement investment upon acceptance of the proposal.
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled engagement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Memberships
Membership fees are billed automatically according to the selected membership plan.
Memberships remain active through the current billing period and may be canceled with thirty (30) calendar days' written notice. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Strategic Retainer Policy
The Strategic Retainer is not simply a reservation fee. It reflects the immediate investment of professional time, expertise, strategic planning, research, and preparation undertaken by HWPLP prior to the delivery of services.
Because preparation begins upon confirmation of your engagement, Strategic Retainers are non-refundable.
Clients providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to reschedule an individual appointment may apply their Strategic Retainer to one rescheduled appointment within sixty (60) days, subject to availability.
Strategic Retainers may be forfeited if:
Appointments are canceled outside the established cancellation policy.
Required intake forms, questionnaires, or supporting documentation are not submitted by the communicated preparation deadline.
A client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
HWPLP reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services when required preparation materials have not been received. This policy ensures that every client receives the level of preparation, professionalism, and excellence that defines the HWPLP experience.
Scope of Services
HWPLP provides educational, coaching, advisory, facilitation, wellness, and strategic support services designed to foster personal, professional, financial, and organizational growth.
HWPLP serves individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and public sector entities through customized advisory, coaching, facilitation, and educational services. Engagements are tailored to each client's objectives, organizational culture, and operational needs while remaining consistent with HWPLP's mission and professional standards.
Depending on the selected service, engagements may include strategic advisory, coaching, business development, financial and wealth coaching, leadership development, workshop facilitation, guided meditation, Reiki, yoga instruction, breathwork, holistic wellness practices, and other personal development services intended to promote balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
HWPLP services are educational, developmental, and supportive in nature. They are designed to complement (not replace) the services of licensed medical, mental health, legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other regulated professionals.
Clients are encouraged to seek qualified licensed professionals whenever specialized diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional services are required.
Participation in Reiki, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and other wellness activities is entirely voluntary. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies, exercising sound judgment, and informing HWPLP of any physical limitations, medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.
Licensed real estate brokerage services are provided only where permitted under applicable licensing laws and regulations.
For organizational engagements, all strategic recommendations, facilitation outcomes, implementation decisions, and policy actions remain the sole responsibility of the client organization. HWPLP provides guidance, education, facilitation, and strategic recommendations but does not make operational, financial, legal, personnel, or governance decisions on behalf of the client.
Compliance & Ethical Standards
HWPLP conducts all services with professionalism, integrity, and respect for applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For organizational and government engagements, HWPLP will comply with mutually agreed contractual requirements, confidentiality obligations, organizational policies, and applicable ethics standards, provided such requirements do not conflict with applicable law or professional ethical obligations.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any recommendations or strategies are reviewed and implemented in accordance with their own legal, regulatory, procurement, financial, and organizational requirements.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, HWPLP performs all services as an independent contractor. Nothing contained within this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between HWPLP and the client.
Confidentiality
HWPLP respects the privacy and confidentiality of every client.
Personal, financial, business, and organizational information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:
with the client's written authorization;
when required by applicable law; or
when necessary to protect the safety or legal rights of those involved.
HWPLP maintains appropriate administrative, financial, and client records necessary to provide services and comply with applicable legal and business requirements. Client information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, and continuity of services and is safeguarded using reasonable administrative and technical measures.

Force Majeure
HWPLP shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, governmental actions, utility failures, internet or technology disruptions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, services will be rescheduled or otherwise addressed in good faith whenever reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
Clients acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and implementation resulting from HWPLP services remain their sole responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HWPLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in or use of its services.
This Client Service Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between HWPLP and the client regarding the services described herein and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings unless otherwise incorporated into a separately executed written agreement.
