Meet the founder
Jazmian D. Allen
Reverend of Metaphysics, Holistic Healer, and Agriculture Economist
I was raised in South Central Los Angeles, in a community often overlooked—but for me, it was rich with strength, love, and cultural wealth. I was shaped by a powerful lineage of four women—my great-great aunts, grandmother, and mother—who taught me resilience, discipline, and self-belief. My formidable days were rooted in love, care, wisdom, and spiritual abundance.
My healing journey began early. By age three, I was practicing meditation and developing my intuitive gifts. That foundation evolved into a life of spiritual leadership—as a Reverend of Metaphysics, PhD candidate in Ancestral Healing, Reiki Master, yoga instructor, personal trainer, herbalist, and holistic practitioner. Healing became both my lifestyle and my life’s work.
Compelled to help others help themselves, I pursued pre-veterinary studies at the prestigious Tuskegee University but later shifted to Agriculture and Resource Economics. That pivot launched a 15-year international development career—including nine years as a U.S. Diplomat with USAID—where I worked in over 20 countries across Africa and Asia, helping build economic resilience in under-resourced communities.
Despite high-level access, I felt spiritually misaligned. My life was governed by institutions that did not reflect my truth. A deep inner calling reminded me that what I sought abroad was needed most at home. The same systemic issues I addressed globally—poverty, disempowerment, and lack of access—were deeply rooted in my own community across the U.S.
So I returned—not just physically, but purposefully. I stepped out of the passenger seat of someone else’s system and into my divine assignment.
I founded HWPLP—Health, Wealth, Prosperity, Love, Peace—a movement, a financial ecosystem, and a sacred framework for healing-centered wealth building.
Through holistic healing, community design, and spiritual sovereignty, we restore what was taken. Through healing, real estate, group economics, and venture capital, we generate wealth that is ours to claim. We don’t just teach financial literacy—we activate collective sovereignty.
HWPLP is the sovereign table I was born to set.

Why We Exist
Closing The Racial Wealth Gap With Smart Investments
The racial wealth gap continues to widen, with Black families holding just 15%of the wealth of the average white family. Traditional investment structures exclude many from wealth-building opportunities, leading to generational financial loss. HWPLP was created to break these cycles, ensuring that wealth is not only built but sustained through education, collective investment, and community-centered financial empowerment.
The wealth gap in the Black community is a result of historical systemic barriers, lack of access to capital, and financial exclusion.
The Urgency Of Economic Empowerment:
The Average Black Family's Wealth Is $44,900, Compared To$285,000 For A White Family (Federal Reserve, 2023).
Homeownership Among Black Americans Is 44%, Significantly LowerThan 74% Among White Americans (Urban Institute, 2023).
Only 1% Of Venture Capital Funding Goes To Black-OwnedBusinesses, Limiting Access To Startup Funding And Innovation.
Over 60% Of Black Households Lack Access To Financial LiteracyEducation, Reducing Opportunities For Investment Growth.
